Coordinator - Property Services (Part Time)

Providing an efficient 'right first time' repairs and maintenance services to our properties is our key focus.
We have a great opportunity to join Sovereign as a Coordinator in Property Services on a part-time basis working from our Nibley Office with flexibility to work from home a few days a week, you'll work as part of our Property Team responsible for scheduling repairs and maintenance gas works to fit with the diaries of our trade staff and contractors.
To be successful you will need:
Solid experience in administration within a busy customer focused role Some understanding of building maintenance terminology Experience of using a number of different computer systems Ability to manage your own work load Strong customer service focus Confident telephone manner Job Purpose:
Working in a fast paced busy environment, you will have responsibility for all activity necessary to achieve the successful completion of customer appointments within your area of responsibility, planned, compliance and repair, ensuring all regulatory obligations are met and customer experience is optimal.
You will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective service whilst following processes and procedures Build a partnering relationship based on trust with field stakeholders High level understanding of safety compliance processes and procedures, and ensuring these are followed at all times to manage risk to customers and Sovereign.
Ability to impact assess and to understand the difference between 'major' and 'minor' data issues Rewards package:
